Returns / “Cooling-Off” Period

At the Alli® Store, you may return eligible products within 14 working days from the date of delivery.

Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return, the Alli® product must be unopened and in its original sealed condition, unless it is faulty or damaged.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of manufacturing defects or transit damage.

Refund Processing

To initiate a return or refund, please contact us through the returns form or reach out to customer care within the 14-day return period.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 working days after we receive the returned item.

  • Please allow up to 14 days for the refunded amount to appear on your bank statement or card account, depending on your payment provider.

Important Exceptions

  • For health and hygiene reasons, Alli® products that have been opened or unsealed cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.

  • The 14-day cooling-off period is calculated in working days, beginning from the date of delivery.
